Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

• The watch must be unused and in original condition
• Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included
• Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Used or damaged products
• Items damaged by improper handling
• Clearance or discounted items

Refunds

Once your returned item is inspected and approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days through the original payment method.

Exchange Policy

If you receive a defective or wrong item, we will gladly offer an exchange or replacement.
